Graphics were pretty bad and animation was choppy at points. Try to add color and some backgrounds, instead of a plain, white wall. and after you animate something, animate in between some frames.
However, I lol'd at the plot and the fact that he lost his manhood. Seriously, in the next episode, you need to add something along the lines of a cock joke/ ownage.
I'll 5 this, but please try a bit harder. Laziness is the enemy of animation.

5 hours of work into 38 seconds?
Also, half of those graphics were ripped. You could throw something like that together in about twenty minutes!

actually i do things the hard way i had to watch a lot of madness flash to get my guys to look remotely like the real ones. it does take time to animate when you don't have a lot of skill working with it.
